I’m an empathetic UX leader with a lifelong passion for elegant, engaging design. My work spans multimodal and voice-forward AI experiences, as well as large-scale e-commerce and service ecosystems. I care deeply about hands-on design craft, and about creating the conditions for teams to execute thoughtfully at scale.

At Amazon, I lead the design and delivery of the core shopping experience for Rufus, the generative AI shopping assistant in the Amazon retail app. I mentor and support a team of designers, guiding design direction across multiple workstreams while defining scalable frameworks that make product discovery more natural and conversational. Previously, as a senior UX designer on Alexa Shopping, I defined the north-star vision and interaction frameworks for multimodal experiences, aligning data science, product, and design teams around a unified approach to voice and visual interaction.

Earlier in my career, I served as Principal UX Designer at West Elm / Williams-Sonoma Inc., where I scaled cross-brand design systems and experimentation programs. Before that, I led experience strategy for global brands including Marriott, Bloomberg, and Disney as a senior strategist, and founded a UX consultancy focused on product and experience strategy, complemented by rapid prototyping.

I hold a B.A. in Fine Arts from Yale University and an M.A. in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute. I’m endlessly curious, and driven by the belief that thoughtful design can help people access data and technology through experiences they genuinely enjoy and trust.
