I’m an empathetic design leader shaping how people interact with intelligent systems—spanning multimodal and voice-forward AI experiences to large-scale e-commerce and service ecosystems.
At Amazon, I lead the design and delivery of core shopping features for Rufus, the company’s generative AI shopping assistant. I manage and mentor a team of designers, guiding design direction across workstreams while defining scalable frameworks that make product discovery more natural and conversational. Previously, on Alexa Shopping, I defined the north-star vision and interaction frameworks for multimodal experiences, aligning science, product, and design teams around a unified direction for voice and visual interaction.
Earlier, I scaled cross-brand design systems and experimentation programs as Principal UX Designer at West Elm / Williams-Sonoma Inc., and led strategy for global brands including Marriott, Bloomberg, and Disney. I also founded a UX consultancy focused on rapid prototyping and product strategy.
I hold an M.A. in Industrial Design from Pratt and a B.A. in Fine Arts from Yale University. I’m endlessly curious and driven by the belief that thoughtful design can transform emerging technology into experiences people genuinely trust and enjoy.
